About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly qualified K-3rd Grade Teacher in Cleveland, Ohio, to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a growth-focused coaching environment characterized by frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring. Your day will involve differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students, utilizing research-based best practices, and incorporating technology to support learning.
You will be responsible for managing student behavior, maintaining accurate records of progress, and communicating effectively with families regarding their child's academic and social-emotional growth. The role requires collaborating with colleagues and participating in non-instructional activities to foster a school-wide culture of high expectations and academic excellence.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass federal and state criminal background checks. The selection process evaluates experience within an urban environment and the ability to supervise students in various school settings.
