OCH Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Junior Technical Support Analyst to support the National Airspace System (NAS) Aeronautical Information Management Enterprise System (NAIMES) program for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This role serves as the critical technical point of contact for troubleshooting and triggering user incident reports across various desktop, software, and infrastructure configurations.
You will be stationed on-site at the FAA's Air Traffic Control System Command Center (ATCSCC) in Warrenton, VA. In this position, you will provide 24/7 technical assistance related to computer systems, hardware, and software essential for aeronautical information management. Your day-to-day involves diagnosing reported issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions while coordinating with Level 2/3 support for escalations. You will also validate system operations, manage stakeholder communications regarding maintenance and releases, and support Special Activity Airspace programs.
