Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct support including personal care, housekeeping, and recreational activities
- check_circleAdminister medications and document delivery according to individual service plans
- check_circleAssist individuals with community integration, transportation, and daily living tasks
- check_circleManage individual assets and make cost-effective purchases within budget guidelines
- check_circleMaintain a safe environment by performing housekeeping and minor facility repairs
- check_circleAccurately document progress, activity logs, and maintain client confidentiality
- check_circleReport abuse, neglect, and safety hazards to supervisors and appropriate authorities
- check_circleMonitor individual health, report incidents, and respond to medical emergencies
Requirements
