You will join a mission-driven team in Denison, TX, where every person has the right to live well and deserves a fulfilling career. In this role, you will create meaningful relationships that motivate us all every day. You will provide direct support within a residential setting, typically assisting 4 to 6 individuals, or up to 10 in periodic programs. Your day will involve partnering with individuals to foster their growth and independence through socialization, health maintenance, and skill development. From assisting with daily activities like personal care and housekeeping to facilitating community integration and transportation, you will be the backbone of their daily lives. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment while respecting the rights and choices of those you serve.
