About the Role

You will join a mission-driven team to create relationships that motivate us all every day. In this role, you will provide direct support within a residential setting or periodic program, typically assisting 4 to 6 individuals. Your day will be defined by fostering growth and independence through personalized care, including socialization, health maintenance, and skill development. You will partner with individuals to navigate daily activities, from personal care and housekeeping to community integration and recreational activities, ensuring their unique preferences and choices are respected.

Hiring Process

Candidates must successfully complete all required trainings and demonstrate proficiency in essential areas. The process includes a background check, drug testing, and verification of driving privileges where applicable. All employees must cooperate with state licensees and Department of Human Services staff during any inspections or investigations.
