About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mobile/Shop Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role is designed for a technician who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of working out of a service truck in our shop yard or directly on customer job sites.
As a key member of our service team, you will be the face of Peak JCB for our customers. Your day will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment and components, ensuring that every machine is returned to peak performance. You will collaborate closely with Service Writers and Shop Managers to communicate the nature of repairs and their status, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. We value a cooperative spirit, and you will work alongside a team dedicated to accomplishing the shop's goals.

Requirements
- verified4+ years of experience in electrical, drive train, engines, hydraulics and computer controlled systems
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verifiedGraduation from an accredited technical school in diesel engine or heavy equipment repair preferred
- verifiedValid Driver's License and clean driving record
- verifiedAbility to pass DOT physical
