About the Role
We are seeking mid-to-senior Java Full Stack Developers to lead the modernization of a critical legacy enterprise system. This role involves building a robust, cloud-based replacement that spans backend services, front-end interfaces, and database layers. You will work within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery model, bridging the gap between technical execution and client-facing requirements.
The position requires deep hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, alongside a genuine comfort level with direct database interactions on MS SQL Server or Azure SQL. Beyond coding, you will be responsible for designing secure architectures, managing complex data migrations from legacy sources, and ensuring full compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 Level AA). This is a client-facing opportunity where clear communication and technical documentation are as vital as the code you write.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleDesign, write, and optimize relational structures, queries, and stored procedures on MS SQL Server or Azure SQL
- check_circleIntegrate with external systems by consuming REST APIs and handling DB-link and CSV-based data exchange
- check_circleSupport data migration from legacy sources into the new platform ensuring data integrity and reconciliation
- check_circleImplement security controls including RBAC, MFA, SSO, Active Directory integration, and audit logging
- check_circleProduce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- check_circleBuild and deploy services on Azure cloud infrastructure
- check_circleSupport unit, integration, and user acceptance testing while resolving timely defects
Requirements
