About the Role

This position is a pivotal force in the development, testing, and deployment of complex solutions. You will build technical strategies for broad, open-ended problems that extend beyond the immediate team, driving the architecture, design, and implementation of systems that support both product needs and the overall technology strategy.

In this role, you will lead efforts through functional team members, guiding the planning and execution of design and build processes from concept to production. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering groups to conceptualize new features and define their long-term health. Your work will involve representing engineering in cross-functional sessions, using sound arguments to influence stakeholders and drive agreement. You will also actively seek ways to improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes while supporting risk management to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and data.

Work Environment

Positions located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York follow a hybrid work model to allow for a more collaborative working environment. The role is based in a normal office environment, primarily sedentary with extensive computer use.
