About the Role
As a key member of the team, you will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications that drive business goals. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business processes into effective technical solutions. You will be responsible for building responsive user interfaces and robust back-end services, ensuring seamless integration across distributed systems.
Beyond coding, you will actively contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization, while identifying recurring patterns to design reusable solutions that reduce redundancy. A significant part of your role involves providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to team members, ensuring continuity and a shared understanding of the architecture.
Work Model & Benefits
This is a hybrid position. As a contractor with Smith Johnson, you are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. The company covers 70% of your medical and dental premiums, along with 100% of life and disability insurance.
