Founded in 1964, UMOM is Arizona's largest provider of services for families experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to end family homelessness by restoring hope and rebuilding lives. With an annual operating budget of $20 million, we provide shelter, supportive services, and housing programs to families and individuals in Maricopa County, serving over 15,000 unique individuals annually.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the technical backbone for our mission-driven team. You will provide essential technical assistance and support to end-users across the organization, ensuring that our staff can focus on their critical work with families. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing the technological environment, and delivering customer-focused support that keeps our daily operations running smoothly.
You will work closely with the IT Leader to maintain efficient systems, handling everything from complex onsite diagnostics to remote support. Your day will involve resolving incoming support tickets, managing equipment moves and changes, and ensuring that all staff have the tools they need to succeed. In a fast-paced, collaborative setting, you will exercise independent judgment while embracing the unique culture and values of UMOM.
