You will not only troubleshoot issues efficiently but also play a key role in shaping our IT policies and procedures through collaboration with the wider team.
In this role, you will manage user accounts, maintain network security, and oversee system backups to guarantee data integrity. You will also assist in onboarding new hires, guiding them through IT systems and processes, and keeping our inventory of equipment and software licenses up to date. The position requires a proactive approach to staying abreast of new technologies and recommending improvements to our current infrastructure.
