The IT Support Specialist provides hands-on technical support to engineers and staff across DeSimone's global offices, keeping the tools of a busy structural engineering practice running reliably. This role is essential for maintaining the productivity of our technical teams by ensuring workstations, mobile devices, and specialized engineering software function without interruption.
You will resolve day-to-day hardware and software issues, supporting both on-site and remote teammates. The ideal candidate combines strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-service mindset and clear communication, comfortable supporting users at every level of technical fluency. You will partner with the broader IT team on onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, ensuring a cohesive and efficient IT support service.
