About the Role
The IT Support Engineer serves as the primary point of contact for front-line support for internal staff and related technology systems. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure while managing critical administrative duties such as user account support, process documentation, inventory auditing, and asset management.
You will be an engaging, support- and security-minded individual who provides timely assistance and remains keenly aware of the changing needs of the company and its user base. The position requires a positive, patient approach to end-user support that builds trust and confidence across the organization. You will also play a key role in training staff on technology tools, IT policies, and best practices for productivity and security, applying Zero Trust principles to enforce cybersecurity policies in day-to-day activities.

Requirements
- verifiedAssociate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related area, or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- verifiedUnderstanding of Windows operating system and Microsoft 365 applications

- verifiedMust be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship)
Nice to Have
Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint. Familiarity with Zero Trust Methodologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
