About the Role
MV Transportation is seeking a self-starter and highly motivated IT Help Desk Support professional to join our team. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our transit environment and supporting our corporate infrastructure. You will operate in a fast-paced setting, serving as the primary point of contact for a wide array of technology issues.
Your day-to-day will involve providing specialized direction for Trapeze software, alongside comprehensive desktop, server, and network support for client operations. You will be responsible for managing local division servers, including domain controllers, file servers, and MS SQL databases, while ensuring all activities align with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The position requires close collaboration with client agencies to provide regular reports and updates, as well as deep interaction with the client's IT department to manage complex projects, employees, and outside vendors.
Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will play a strategic role in developing investment plans that weigh costs, benefits, and risks, while ensuring all IT operations and software development are thoroughly documented. You will also support diverse communication systems, including analog, digital, and VOIP telephone systems, T-1 lines, fax, and DSL.

Requirements
