About the Role
MV Transportation is seeking a Call Center Trainer to work closely with the Call Center Manager. This role is designed to assist in the oversight of Call Center Operations, ensuring contract compliance regarding customer service standards through the effective use of team resources and staff motivation.
In this position, you will supervise Call Center staff, setting a positive example by providing consistent support and leadership. You will serve as a key point of contact for customer complaints or inquiries from clients and senior management. The role involves identifying training needs, monitoring random calls to improve quality, and tracking performance to minimize errors.

Requirements
