This position serves as a vital support pillar for our IT infrastructure, specifically during the critical migration to QAD 2016 EE and QAD EAM systems from legacy iSeries (AS400) and iMaint platforms. The role is designed for a current Information Technology student who thrives in a dynamic environment, bridging the gap between technical execution and end-user support.
You will be the first point of contact for Tier 1 help desk tickets, troubleshooting software applications and ensuring a smooth transition for our users. Beyond ticket resolution, you will play an active role in data preparation and cleansing, ensuring the integrity of our systems as they move forward. Your work will directly impact the creation of user guides, work instructions, and project scopes, helping to document and standardize our evolving processes.
Our team operates within a hybrid environment that includes standard office settings, cold data rooms, and plant floor locations. We value professionals who can adapt to these varied conditions while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and enthusiasm. The role requires a strong customer-service orientation, demanding patience and understanding as you assist users with their IT needs.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law.
