As a Lead Software Developer at Geotab USA Inc, you will spearhead the planning, design, and implementation of scalable code, prototypes, and Proof of Concepts (PoC). This role is designed to bridge the gap between strategic vision and technical execution, requiring you to architect solutions that drive long-term initiatives forward.
You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers while advising management on team improvements. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to refine product features and resolve complex technical challenges. Additionally, you will maintain expert knowledge of emerging technologies, synthesizing feedback and presenting findings to senior leadership to shape the company's technical roadmap.
