About the Role

As a Lead Software Developer at Geotab USA Inc, you will drive the strategic technical direction of our platform. This role is designed to bridge the gap between high-level architectural vision and hands-on implementation. You will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of scalable code, prototypes, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) that solve complex, long-term business challenges.

In this position, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers and interns while advising management on team improvements. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to refine product features and resolve technical issues. You will also maintain expert knowledge of emerging technologies, synthesizing feedback and presenting findings to senior leadership to shape future roadmaps.
