About the Role
The IronPro Team is seeking a motivated Intern to gain hands-on exposure to the critical operations of field maintenance coordination, scheduling, and customer support. This position serves as a bridge between logistics, business administration, and service operations, offering a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of a professional office environment.
As an intern, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, coaching, and regular feedback from IronPro leadership. Your primary purpose is to develop a deep understanding of how field maintenance activities are orchestrated, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. You will collaborate with key internal and external resources, including service, parts, sales, and operations teams, to support the organization's mission and core business values.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, environmentally controlled office setting. Your daily activities will involve assisting with the scheduling, tracking, and prioritization of field maintenance work orders under supervision. You will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and updating work order information using departmental systems, requiring a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Communication is key; you will interact professionally with internal team members to support customer service efforts and exchange accurate information with colleagues. While the role is primarily stationary, you will occasionally move within the office to access files, equipment, or collaborate with team members. You are expected to model a strong work ethic, adhere to all safety policies, and maintain regular and punctual attendance.

This position is designed for individuals currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. No travel is expected for this role.
