AllianceBernstein's investment teams manage over $710 billion in assets across Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset & Hedge Fund Solutions, and Responsible Investing. These teams serve a diverse range of clients, from institutional and high-net-worth individuals to retail investors, utilizing strategies that span the full spectrum of asset classes, geographies, and investment styles.
The Responsible Investing team sets the firm-wide strategy for integrating ESG criteria, partnering with investment teams to leverage research, stewardship, and solutions. This includes notable partnerships, such as the collaboration with Columbia University's Climate School, to drive sustainable investment practices.
The Investments Rotational Associate Program offers selected graduates a unique opportunity to explore our investment landscape through four six-month rotations. You will gain exposure to diverse roles including fundamental and quantitative research, trading, portfolio management, and data science innovation across multiple asset classes.
Your journey might involve researching key controversies in the internet service sector for a Large Cap US Growth Fund, analyzing Asian consumer companies for an Emerging Market fund, or testing factors for multi-asset quantitative models. You could also partner with traders to build tools that reduce transaction costs or implement quantitative research methods to enhance the investment process. The program aims to place all associates in full-time investment roles upon graduation, though participation does not guarantee future employment.
