The scope of this work is vast, covering organizations of all sizes and complexities—from major universities and health care systems to small, local human service organizations.
As an Investigative Paralegal II or III, you will be a key member of the Health Care & Fair Competition Bureau. You will conduct complex investigations and support enforcement actions across a diverse range of industries. You will obtain, review, organize, and evaluate documentary evidence from individuals, corporations, and various government agencies. The role requires preparing detailed interview and investigative reports and memoranda while supporting the corporate dissolution workstream. You will collaborate closely with Assistant Attorneys General and Charities Compliance Specialists to advance the Division's mission.
