About the Team

WVU Medicine - United Hospital Center is West Virginia's premier provider of advanced specialty care and the state's only academic medical center. As a member of WVU Medicine, the system spans twenty-plus hospitals, five institutes, and numerous affiliates, delivering comprehensive healthcare across West Virginia, Southeast Ohio, Western Maryland, and Southwest Pennsylvania.

The Interventional Cardiology practice is expanding within a well-established group that serves a patient base of nearly 300,000. The clinic is situated in a medical office building directly connected to the hospital, ensuring seamless movement between clinical and inpatient settings. The program features three state-of-the-art cath labs on the second floor, strategically positioned between a 20-bed critical care unit and surgical services, supported by a very experienced staff.

About the Role

Join this expanding practice in North Central West Virginia to make a significant impact on patient lives while enjoying the benefits of living in one of the state's top-ranked communities. This role offers the opportunity to diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular disease, as well as congenital and structural heart conditions, utilizing catheter-based procedures within a robust and supportive environment.
