Key Responsibilities
- check_circleImplement behavior plans and strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive change
- check_circleAssess individual needs and develop tailored programs to enhance social, cognitive, and emotional skills
- check_circleAccurately document behavioral observations, interventions, and progress for data analysis
- check_circleRespond to crisis situations using approved de-escalation techniques to ensure safety
- check_circleProvide training and guidance to individuals, families, and caregivers on behavior management techniques
- check_circlePrepare clear reports on individual progress, goals, and behavior plan adherence
- check_circleCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure coordinated care and consistent implementation
Requirements
