About the Role
Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
As you build a relationship with children and their families, your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life. This role offers a fulfilling and impactful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs and their families within a warm, collaborative team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum and individuals with special needs. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, parents, and the interdisciplinary team.\n You should be detail-oriented, able to accurately follow treatment plans, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload. Additionally, you must have availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
