Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
As you build a relationship with children and their families, your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life. This role offers a fulfilling and impactful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs and their families within a warm, collaborative team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum and individuals with special needs. Our ideal candidate demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, parents, and the interdisciplinary team.\n You should be detail-oriented, able to accurately follow treatment plans, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload. A growth mindset is essential; we value team members who are open to learning, receiving feedback, and enhancing their professional skills. Additionally, you must have availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. While previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred, it is not required.
