Thrive Behavior Centers is a locally owned company dedicated to providing personalized, center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Our mission is to create fun, inclusive environments where first-class clinical staff can positively impact their clients' lives. We believe in respecting the vital work our team does every day and value the unique contributions of every member. At Thrive, we are committed to giving our team the support and tools they need to thrive.
Our culture is built on a foundation of care, collaboration, and professional growth. We offer realistic scheduling, robust clinical support, and management that genuinely cares about your well-being. As one team member put it, "The community feels like family!" We strive to be a supportive environment where everyone is a team player, willing to help, and dedicated to providing quality, ethically sound ABA therapy.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - In Center, you will be the hands-on partner in delivering therapeutic programs to children with autism. Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, your role is to implement therapeutic strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work one-on-one with clients, using ABA techniques to build rapport, engage in learning opportunities, and ensure safety and wellbeing.
Your day involves more than just following a protocol; it is about connecting with clients through play, mealtimes, and physical activities while modeling verbal behavior and expanding their skills. You will be responsible for collecting accurate data, maintaining client dignity, and communicating effectively with families and supervisors. Whether assisting with personal care needs or managing complex behavioral interventions, you will work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, patient attitude. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and their families while growing within a supportive, family-like team.
We take pride in our people. We regularly survey our team to ensure we are meeting our mission, and the feedback highlights a workplace where everyone cares about what they do. Our staff often describe Thrive as a place where they can rely on coworkers, where life is understood, and where the core values are upheld by every team member. We believe that by caring for our employees, we can better care for our clients.
