As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will support and implement individualized plans based on client targets and goals. Your focus will be on decreasing unsafe behaviors while increasing communication and social skills, all while receiving support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
In this center-based program, you will work with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities. Your day-to-day involves observing client skills and collecting data to assess individual progress and help develop program goals that promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
