Cove Residential is a dedicated and compassionate team committed to making a real difference in the lives of adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We foster an environment where every individual is supported to make choices and gain greater control over the direction of their life.
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the heart of our residential group homes, providing hands-on, person-centered care and supervision to our residents. In this role, you will work alongside a supportive team—including Residential Managers, Assistant Managers, and fellow DSPs—to assist both male and female residents in their daily lives.
Your day-to-day impact involves more than just supervision; you will be a role model, assisting with personal care, job coaching, and household responsibilities. We emphasize low staffing ratios to ensure you have the time and resources to build meaningful connections. Whether implementing behavioral interventions or simply being there to help, you will be an integral part of a family dedicated to positive change.
We offer a comprehensive onboarding experience to set you up for success. New employees receive extensive orientation followed by initial and ongoing in-house training across a wide array of topics, including behavior management. We also provide training for necessary certifications such as CPR/First Aid, Pro-ACT, and Medication Administration.
To apply, please note that we are currently seeking candidates for Full-Time and Part-Time positions in North Providence, RI. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated for part-time staff) and a robust benefits package for full-time employees, including company-paid health and dental insurance, 401K matching, and tuition reimbursement.
We are looking for team players with a caring heart who are ready to join the Cove Residential family. We value professional and respectful communication with clients and their families and are committed to providing a supportive workplace where you can grow through opportunities for advancement and picking up extra shifts.
