- check_circleSupervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
- check_circleEnsure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements
- check_circleCollaborate with caregivers and service providers to ensure a continuum of care
- check_circleSupport staff development through feedback and training
- check_circleAssist in clinic oversight and program development
