About the Role
Behavior Technicians are an essential part of our treatment team, serving as the frontline partners to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). In this center-based role, you will provide specialized one-on-one treatment to clients, implementing behavioral plans designed to foster growth and development.
This position is ideal for someone with a passion for working with children who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for collecting data to monitor progress, supporting families with training, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and clients. The role requires physical stamina to keep pace with active children aged 2-15, including standing, bending, and lifting, while adapting to dynamic schedules.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Prior experience working with children. Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs. Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
