About the Role
The IT Support Intern is an integral part of the IT Support team, dedicated to providing essential equipment repair assistance to Menards stores. This position serves as a unique opportunity to gain hands-on infrastructure technology experience while supporting the company's technical operations.
You will work alongside the team to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on technical equipment. The role is designed to be flexible, accommodating your school schedule with 15-20 hours per week available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This internship is based at the Corporate Office in Eau Claire, WI, and remote work is not offered.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a College or University pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, Communications Technology, or an equivalent field. Please note that candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, both presently and in the future, without sponsorship.
