About the Role

As a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our associates and vendors, providing essential Level 1 technical support in both English and Spanish. This role exists to ensure seamless technical operations by delivering efficient, accurate, and empathetic customer service. You will bridge the gap between complex technical issues and user needs, utilizing your bilingual capabilities to support a diverse user base via phone, email, and chat.

In this remote, full-time position, you will interact directly with customers to identify and diagnose technical problems, ranging from password resets to hardware and software troubleshooting. Your day will involve analyzing the urgency of issues, prioritizing accordingly, and ensuring every ticket is properly documented and resolved or escalated with strong supporting details. You will be expected to drive positive results in customer experience through timely responses and professional interactions, while continuously growing your knowledge of our Service Desk procedures and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleProvide Level 1 technical support to English and Spanish speaking users via phone, email, and chat

Requirements
