About the Role
We are seeking an Internal Auditor - Process Controls & Operational Reviewer to help us understand how work gets done across the company and where processes need strengthening. This role is designed for someone who is observant, thoughtful, and comfortable asking questions. You will review workflows across many departments, assessing where breakdowns occur and helping leadership identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will conduct reviews of customer-facing website experiences to identify usability issues, execution gaps, and friction points that may impact conversion, revenue, or customer satisfaction.
This position does not own the daily work of any department. Instead, you will objectively review operations, identify issues, and guide the business toward better efficiency and accountability. Your work will help the organization become more consistent, less vulnerable to repeat mistakes, and better equipped to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleReview workflows and day-to-day processes across key departments
- check_circleDocument approvals, handoffs, control points, and areas where work tends to break down
- check_circleReview transactions, records, reports, and supporting documents for accuracy and consistency
- check_circleIdentify process gaps, control issues, repeated errors, and unnecessary business risk
- check_circlePrepare findings, recommendations, follow-up notes, and action trackers for leadership
- check_circleConduct follow-up reviews and spot checks to confirm that issues were addressed
- check_circleConduct structured reviews of customer-facing website pages and key user journeys
- check_circleValidate key customer journeys including browse-to-buy and order confirmation processes
- check_circleAssist with pre- and post-deployment spot checks to confirm website changes are accurate
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Compliance, or related field preferred
- verified3-5 years of experience in internal audit, operational audit, process review, controls evaluation, compliance, or business process analysis
- verifiedCIA, CISA, or similar certifications (preferred)
- verifiedStrong Excel skills
- verifiedExperience with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, workflow tools, reporting tools, or ticketing systems
- verifiedExperience reviewing website usability, customer journeys, or digital merchandising
Nice to Have
Experience reviewing website usability, customer journeys, digital merchandising, or customer-facing e-commerce workflows. Familiarity with NetSuite, Magento/Adobe Commerce, DOMO, dashboards, or similar systems. CIA, CISA, or similar certifications.
