Your day involves fostering a positive shopping experience for every customer, actively soliciting feedback, and creating actionable plans to meet their evolving expectations. You will ensure the store is staffed appropriately to meet the demands of a 24/7 business, collaborating with the management team on hiring decisions and resource allocation. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to developing talent; you will validate that all associates are trained to perform safely and effectively, while also providing coaching, performance appraisals, and career development conversations for the management team.
