Pond is seeking an Interior Designer with 11+ years of experience to lead the design and execution of complex interior projects across commercial, government, and hospitality sectors. This role is dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions with a strong emphasis on Revit-based production and compelling visual presentations. You will guide projects from concept through construction administration, developing creative design concepts, space plans, and finish selections aligned with client goals. Your day-to-day involves producing and overseeing detailed Revit documentation, creating client-facing visual presentations, and presenting design solutions clearly to stakeholders. Beyond design, you will manage project scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with codes, accessibility, and safety standards. This position also offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff and maintain strong client relationships.
