About the Role
We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead healthcare projects in Ohio. This is a strategic leadership position, not an IT project management role. You will serve as a trusted advisor to existing and new clients, leading and engaging with teams to deliver innovative solutions. As a mentor to the project management team, you will champion the firm's mission, vision, and values while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
The role requires frequent travel. Candidates located within a 3-hour drive of Columbus, OH are highly encouraged to apply.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will oversee the entire project management cycle, from establishing schedules and kick-off meetings to maintaining timelines and communicating milestones. You will develop and validate project scopes, fees, and budgets during the marketing and contract development phases, while executing owner and consultant contracts and managing financial issues.\n You will also drive business development by procuring an average of $2M+ in net project revenue annually and securing $1M+ in new contracts. This involves maintaining strong client relationships, utilizing market intelligence to locate opportunities, writing RFP responses, and contributing thought leadership articles to the architecture and construction industry.
