About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Realty Project Management, you will serve as a pivotal leader within the Realty Execution Team. This field-based role is designed for a highly organized professional who thrives on managing complex, multi-site projects. You will oversee Store Project Leads and drive the end-to-end execution of realty initiatives, ensuring they meet strict timelines and budgetary constraints.

In this position, you will be the bridge between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and project teams. Your day-to-day involves assessing the economic and customer experience impacts of project decisions, coordinating schedules, and managing vendor relationships to guarantee the timely sourcing and installation of materials. A significant portion of your time will be spent in the field; this role requires up to 90% travel to oversee project execution and provide on-site leadership.

Beyond project delivery, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and associate development. You are expected to model proper customer service techniques, enforce company ethics, and provide mentorship to your team, including third-party supervisors. Your adaptability will be key as you identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions to keep projects on track.
