About the Role
The Head of Services is a strategic leadership opportunity to join a fast-paced scale-up where you will not only lead delivery teams but also help craft the future of the firm. You will build and drive high-performing relationships with strategic development partners to ensure the quality delivery of all aspects of Effectus' consultative services.
In this role, you will blend the talent of our people (both internal and vendors), technology, innovative ideas, and proven methodologies to create excellent results for our clients. You will lead our service teams, comprised of Business Intelligence Deployment and Business Process Outsourcing, by providing guidance and design perspectives. Your goal is to help clients optimize business processes and elevate technology to reach their full potential. As a Principal Consultant in our BPI practice, you will serve as the voice of Effectus, speaking with authenticity to tell the story of how our offering is driving a paradigm shift in the industry.
