About the Role
As a Project Manager on our Transformation team, you will be assigned to a QWA level priority based on your expertise, bandwidth, and the scope of the project. You will serve as the primary owner of the project plan, accountable to the Executive Sponsor and collaborating with functional leaders to define scope and articulate deliverables.
In this role, you will work closely with work stream leads to set timelines, manage overall project execution, and determine necessary tasks. You will identify and resolve issues within the project team, manage deliverables, and advise senior leadership on status, recommendations, and course corrections. The position may also involve performing change management and business process discovery in conjunction with other staff.
