Cyntergy is a community-oriented company with a family-friendly team culture that encourages personal development. Our team operates out of a beautiful work facility in Tulsa, OK, fostering an environment where collaboration and growth thrive.
The Project Manager serves as the organized, self-motivated leader responsible for guiding projects from inception through completion. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who will exercise a high degree of autonomy while managing multi-discipline design projects across commercial, government, and retail sectors.
You will touch all activities and functions of the company, bridging the gap between accounting, marketing, production, and construction administration. Your day-to-day involves establishing client relationships, managing project finances, coordinating consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with the principal-in-charge and department directors to define objectives, develop proposals, and navigate the complexities of design and construction administration.
We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication skills, a coaching mentality, and the ability to see the big picture. While specific technical qualifications and experience requirements are evaluated separately, successful candidates will demonstrate a positive outlook and a willingness to learn.
Cyntergy is an EEO employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
