The Senior Director of Community Infrastructure serves as a strategic leader dedicated to overseeing and enhancing the physical foundations of our communities. This role exists to bridge the gap between organizational goals and the tangible needs of the neighborhoods we serve. You will lead efforts in planning, executing, and maintaining infrastructure projects with a specific focus on sustainable development and deep community engagement.
In this position, you will not only manage complex projects but also act as a vital liaison between the organization, government bodies, and diverse community stakeholder groups. Your work ensures that every initiative aligns with our core values of equity and inclusivity. The day-to-day involves crafting strategic infrastructure plans that reflect community needs, managing budgets and resources, and leading public engagement initiatives to gather input and foster lasting community support. You will oversee project management teams to ensure timely delivery while evaluating project impacts to provide clear, data-driven reports to executive leadership.
