The Senior Director of Community Infrastructure will serve as a strategic leader, overseeing and enhancing infrastructure projects that directly support our core mission. This role exists to bridge the gap between organizational goals and community needs, ensuring that every initiative contributes to sustainable development.
In this position, you will lead efforts in planning, executing, and maintaining critical infrastructure projects. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with community stakeholder groups, government bodies, and internal teams to align projects with the diverse needs of the neighborhoods we serve. You will drive public engagement initiatives to gather essential input and foster community support, ensuring that development is not just built, but embraced by the people it serves.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a comprehensive review process designed to assess both strategic vision and operational expertise. The process includes an initial screening, followed by in-depth discussions regarding project management capabilities and stakeholder engagement strategies, culminating in a final interview with executive leadership.
