The Senior Director of Community Infrastructure serves as a strategic leader dedicated to overseeing and enhancing the physical foundations that support our neighborhoods. You will lead efforts in planning, executing, and maintaining infrastructure projects with a specific focus on sustainable development and deep community engagement.
In this position, you will not only manage the logistics of project delivery but also drive the narrative of why these projects matter. You will collaborate closely with community stakeholder groups to ensure that every initiative aligns with our core values of equity and inclusion. Your day-to-day involves translating community needs into actionable strategic plans, managing complex budgets, and coordinating with government bodies and local organizations to secure the resources necessary for success.
We are committed to a transparent and efficient hiring process. Selected candidates can expect a series of conversations designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, a deeper dive into your strategic approach to infrastructure, and a final round with the executive team to discuss vision and collaboration styles.
At Communities United, we believe that diverse perspectives are essential to solving complex community challenges. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. We are dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the vibrant communities we serve and are committed to fostering an environment of respect, inclusion, and professional growth.
