About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and well-rounded Architectural Designer to join our Burlington office. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects focused on reusing, rehabilitating, and modernizing existing structures.

You will be involved in all aspects of project design and delivery, from conducting field surveys to preparing construction documents. As part of our collaborative office culture, you will work closely with principals, project managers, designers, and other team members through regular meetings and one-on-one discussions. The position requires some travel throughout the United States, ranging from one-day trips to two-week durations.

Where You Will Work

This position is based in Burlington with an initial expectation of in-person work. As you grow into the role, there will be opportunities for increased workplace flexibility. Preference will be given to local candidates, though those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
