The Prefabrication Designer reports to the Prefabrication Manager and plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's Prefabrication Initiatives. This position is designed to contribute to the overall success of the organization by performing all assigned duties in a professional, timely, and accurate manner. You will be instrumental in creating prefabrication solutions for construction projects, coordinating inputs for execution, and refining the prefabrication process. The role involves creating detailed documentation to guide the prefabrication team, utilizing tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and Bluebeam, while also editing schedules and aiding in the creation of detailed bills of materials. Success in this role requires the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, understand project flows and sequences, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills within a fast-paced, rigorous environment.
