About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and personable new employee to join our insurance agent team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals seeking a new learning opportunity with significant room for growth. The ideal candidate possesses solid communication skills and a passion for people, ready to drive insurance sales among potential and existing clients.
We invest our resources and time into training you to become a successful insurance sales representative. In this role, you will serve as an attentive listener to accurately identify unique client needs, tailor risk management strategies to reflect individual requirements, and stay abreast of regulatory changes to effectively amend insurance programs. You will also manage reports, records, and organizational tools to track progress toward monthly sales goals.
