Key Responsibilities
- check_circleContact and visit clients to evaluate needs and present bid results
- check_circlePrepare and provide price quotes for new and existing clients
- check_circleProcess new cases by requesting documentation from producers or clients
- check_circleIssue endorsements for all client policy changes
- check_circleProcess claims and provide direction to assistants on C/L claims
- check_circlePrepare pre-renewal presentation materials and suggest additional policies
- check_circleSchedule and hold renewal meetings with clients and producers
- check_circleUpdate principals on renewal results within required time frames
- check_circleDocument telephone inquiries and policy information on the computer system
- check_circleReview renewal actions, negotiate changes, and draft renewal proposals
- check_circleAct as primary contact between clients, producers, and insurance carriers
- check_circleQuote, bind, and underwrite renewal applications and new business
Requirements
