As an agency owner, you will build and lead a high-performing team backed by an award-winning Farmers District team, developing your own sales strategy while expanding the company's book of business.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert consultations on over 50 insurance products to new and existing clients. Your mission is to expand your business reach by engaging with the local community and building strategic relationships with professionals such as CPAs, lawyers, realtors, and mortgage brokers. By facilitating resolution strategies for client inquiries and maintaining compliance with insurance standards, you will help people protect and grow their assets while building equity in your own business.
The Journey Ahead
Our District offers multiple entry points into agency ownership. We provide an award-winning training program and a proven turnkey system to support your success. This includes access to a dedicated business coach, a team of trainers, and industry-leading insurance products. We also offer access to business and financial support through our partner financial institution. For those interested, ask us about our Protégé program and the opportunity to waive the capital requirement.
Income Potential
Our agency owners, on average, achieve significant growth during their first five years of operation, with uncapped commissions creating unlimited income potential. Residual income is generated through new business and renewal commissions, complemented by competitive, performance-driven quarterly and annual bonus opportunities. Projected income milestones include:
- Year 1: $60,000-$90,000
- Year 2: $90,000-$120,000
- Year 3: $120,000-$150,000
- Year 4: $150,000-$180,000
- Year 5: $180,000-$250,000+
