As an agency owner, you will build and lead a high-performing team backed by an award-winning Farmers District team. You will expand the company's book of business by offering expert consultations on over 50 insurance products to new and existing clients. Your mission involves facilitating resolution strategies for client inquiries and expanding your business reach by engaging in your local community to build relationships with professionals such as CPAs, lawyers, realtors, and mortgage brokers.
You will develop and implement your own sales strategy while maintaining a client-centric business culture. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, strong drive, and the ability to self-manage and prioritize business needs. You will comply with insurance standards and regulations through continuous education and training.

Requirements
