About the Role
You will serve as the leader of your own agency, expanding the company's book of business by offering expert consultations on over 50 insurance products to new and existing clients. Your day-to-day involves facilitating resolution strategies for client inquiries and building a client-centric culture through proactive communication and rapport building.
A key part of your mission is to expand your business reach by engaging with your local community and forging relationships with other professionals, such as CPAs, lawyers, realtors, and mortgage brokers. You will develop and implement your own sales strategy while leading a high-performing team, backed by the resources of an award-winning Farmers District team.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Previous experience in insurance, along with Property Casualty License and/or Life Insurance License.
