The Property and Casualty Underwriter serves as a strategic partner in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, driving both new business opportunities and the retention of renewal business. This role is pivotal in assessing risks associated with insuring properties and liabilities, evaluating complex applications, and analyzing data to determine precise coverage terms and premiums. The position requires a balance of technical expertise and relationship building, ensuring sound underwriting decisions while fostering long-term partnerships with brokers and stakeholders.
In this capacity, you will navigate the full lifecycle of property and casualty business, from analyzing policy forms and broker endorsement requests to executing marketing activities and staying ahead of emerging industry trends. The role demands a proactive approach to portfolio management, ensuring compliance with state and country laws while collaborating across teams to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality service to clients.

Note: The salary range for this position is $82,000.00 - $102,500.00 annually, subject to factors such as training, skills, experience, and market demands.
